If you rip a CD or import the album into the database, you can edit the tag to indicate the artist/album/genre, etc. The database displays albums. I suggest you get to cocktailaudio.com and download the manual to check what it's capable of (sorry, there's a lot of information there. From Nursery to Misery were three teenagers who grew up together on the same street in Basildon, Essex. Formed in 1987, the band was comprised of vocalists (and identical twins) Gina and Tina Fear, along with keyboard player and producer Lee Stevens. Lee invited the twins to over to record some music with him, suggesting they try singing over some instrumentals he had written and recorded on a newly purchased 4-track. They played a sum total of four gigs before splitting in 1991. Their recorded output, however, was relatively prodigious, with the band appearing on over 22 compilations, as well as self-releasing two album-length tapes 'The Oak Tree' (1989), and 'Equilibrium' (1990), and a split EP with Germany's Nostalgie Eternelle, 'Art is the Tool' (1990). All these releases were home-produced, hand-made cassettes distributed and swapped via the Mail Art scene. 'Pixies In The Woods' is a 13-track career spanning compilation including three previously unreleased tracks. Tracks range from no-fi synth pop overlaid with ethereal, child-like vocals, to audio collages of animal noises and harrowing, double-speed monologues. Lee's expansive synth productions, informed by the Blade Runner soundtrack, early electro records, and 4AD acts like Dead Can Dance, provided a rich, spacious platform for Gina and Tina's sung-spoken introspective lyrics. Their songs are disarmingly direct and unfiltered, the product of three self-confessed misfits exploring difficult, often intensely personal issues. As the band says, they just wanted to make pop music and FNTM is what came out. All songs have been remastered for vinyl by George Horn at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. The record is housed in a custom made jacket designed by Eloise Leigh, featuring a lavender tinted photograph of Gina and Tina. Answer:	This is not a record changer, it is a manuel player. It does not have auto return, or auto start. Once the record is finish, the turntable will stop and you have to set the tone arm back to its resting place.. crosley did bring back a Stack O matic record changer similer to the old BSR changers of the 1970s a few years back, but has since been discontinued.

Answer:	It says 10 watts, but its really like 3 watts. Its not going to rattle the windows in a home. Its really just loud enough for a small room or office.

Answer:	Yes you can, also it is best to pause after each song . There is a button for this. If you just let the record play through it will not recognize the individual songs. Ie looking g for track 4 on CD from album you won't be able to go directly there as there is no separation. Just takes s bit of pkanni g but worth it!

Question:	Will this device be able to take a stereo signal, have it processed by a linux machine and then output the modified stereo signal to it's RCA outputs
Answer:	If the device is plugged into the linux machine via the USB cable, it will do this for you. With this hookup, it will produce a 2 way signal, even simultaneously, 1 going into the computer, 1 coming out from the computer. If need be, it’s even capable of looping an output signal back in, say to a recording app on your computer. Just make sure you flip the little black monitor switch to the off position to eliminate distortion, and the signal looping back in will be crystal clear and strong.
Question:	Do I need to buy a separate cable to use this product? I'm not really sure how the I/O system works. Can someone explain? Thanks
Answer:	Not sure of your intended use for this product.I bought the UCA222 because the earphone jack on my Dell laptop went bad. It worked really well for my needs, it has a USB plug that connects to the standard USB port on my laptop. Then I connect my earphones to a standard plug on the device. No other cable required for me.
Question:	Can you connect to a USB power supply and use the analog to S/PDIF output
Answer:	I don't know about the S/PDIF but I suspect it won't work very well. I tried using the analog in to headphone jack using a USB power supply and it sounded terrible. I thought it would be a way around having to use a computer and it didn't work. Once I plugged the UCA222 into a laptop instead of a power supply it sounded way better.
Question:	Can I connect 5 of these to get 10 independent audio output channels generated by the computer via usb
Answer:	There's nothing technically preventing you from connecting 5 of these to get 10 independent audio outputs. If your software supports it, your computer will just see them as 5 individual audio cards. The problem your likely to run into is your computer does have a limit on how many USB devices can function simultaneously (USB Bandwidth). One way around this problem is to use a Quad USB PCI Card, that has 4 USB port and each one in it's own controller. The next thing you will need to consider is how many PCI lanes you have (will determine how many USB controllers your PCI bus can support) Hope this helps.
