Answer:	I'm sorry, but Alen Corporation is incorrect and is falsely advertising this product, if they are claiming that they do not use the words "True HEPA," as "J" from Alen Corporation claims in his reply to this question. As of 2-26-2020, the description for this product on Amazon absolutely says "True HEPA". It reads: "Alen Replacement Air Filter for BreatheSmart Classic, True HEPA VOC Filter for VOC's, Smoke, Chemicals, Allergies, Pollen, Dust, Dander and Fur by Allen." I originally purchased this product, believing that it had a "True HEPA" filter. If there is a difference between "True HEPA" and True HEPA VOC," then that difference needs to be clarified.

Answer:	I have received three different Fresh Plus filters and they all had an odor to them. When I contacted the company about the first one having an odor they just sent me a replacement filter, no questions asked. The replacement filter also has the odor. This leads me to believe the odor is not a concern for them, just an annoyance if it bothers the user. It bothers me, but does not bother my husband. I have since switched to the Silver filter and there is no odor.

Answer:	I have a cordless vacuum that I used to vacuum the gunk off the foam layer whenever it gets gross. The cordless doesn't have a whole lot suction to destroy the foam, an having 2 huskies it seems we are doing this almost monthly. Every 6 months or so I wipe off the sensor with a Qtip and when it says to replace the filter I order a new one on amazon and have it in a couple days.

Answer:	At first, I thought you needed a life coach or something and I was going to say so, but then I saw the GE response and I was surprised. I've been using these bulbs for many years now as the sole source of light for indoor plant and they're fine. The plant look like a jungle. Now most my indoor plants are the low-light type, so maybe that makes a difference. Anyway I don't buy these online anyway because the shipping can shorten the life of the bulbs...as I found out. I buy them at HD or Lowes or something.
