Answer:	I use a 20000mh charging battary. It also charges with a usbc or usb phone charger.

Answer:	I had the same situation. For my fan, the red light blinks while charging and turns a solid red when fully charged. Also, FYI, I found the fan recharged better when I used a block with the USB cord (as opposed to USB cord connected to an outlet).
