3.There is a gap between the body and the installation accessories after installation. 

- Please see the installation video on the product page for the steps to seal the gap. 

4.I found that there are missing parts in the package. 

- Please check the packages carefully and there are some brackets that may be in the corner or under the foam (ex. L brackets). 

5.Can screen be adjusted when the window is opened? 

- The screen is adjustable between 22”-36” for when people open their window – Height would be fixed at height from bottom of U to top of unit. *Reference adjustable screen separately sold.  

6.The machine is not cooling or cooling slowly.  

Please select the appropriate capacity section according to the recommended area. Check if the machine is in cooling mode.

8. The air volume is not enough to feel the wind. 

- Midea U uses a silent air duct design, and the air supply distance reaches 20 feet. While increasing the air volume, the wind noise is much smaller than the ordinary window machine. 

9.Can the display light of the machine and the key “beep” sound be turned off?  

-This is a regular feature and cannot be turned off at this time. A new version of the APP is being developed, and the function of turning off the display light and key tone will be realized by then.

10. What mobile phone permissions are required for the APP?  

-GPS and camera permissions.

Answer:	Hi, Amazon also sells longer line sets. The system comes with 16 feet lines but if you are looking for longer lines any lines that are 1/4" x 3/8" would work for the 9000 BTU system.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Covac's Series-4 9000 BTU has a HSPF4 of 10.
Question:	Can you cool multiple rooms
Answer:	We use this particular mini-split to cool an area about 16 x 24. It would probably handle two adjacent rooms, up to 400 square feet. It works great.
Question:	Would I need vaccum pump
Answer:	Yes, it is recommended to vacuum the lines after installation. After checking for leaks, you can release the refrigerant inside the pre-charged condenser.

Answer:	Probably not. I had mounted the unit in a sleeve I had made myself for another unit and considerable trimming and adjustment was needed.

Answer:	It can if the measurements of the existing sleeve are identical to the sleeve that comes with the LG. However, the plastic faceplate may not fit since it snaps into tabs on the sleeve.

Question:	what is the warranty
Answer:	Hi, Standard IR type OEM remotes like this are not programable to the main device. You need to get the correct remote for your model. The part number you need is 5304520833 but verify that with whoever you buy from. No sub listed at the Frigidaire distributor and this is a newer part number that is not in my database so I can't offer any subs. If you don't find it to order your local Frigidaire dealer can order it for you.
Question:	could the exterior unit live in a garage or does it have to be outside for the ac to work properly
Answer:	It depends how much water you’re boiling. I usually only fill it to the minimum water level and it takes about a minute or so.
Question:	how long is the line set
Answer:	Possibly because it's being shipped from overseas or the distributor is out of stock for this product. Try ordering from a different vendor or supplier.
