Answer:	I use 2 in a space about the size of a single car garage, my group of old ladies play cards, have meals. Temps in the 35-45 range. If you were working you would only need 1. Good luck.

Question:	can't the line kit be extended or 16 foot max
Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.
Question:	It says it "comes with precharged for line set lengths between 10'~25'" how do you order different lenghts when ordering through amazon
Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.
Question:	Are there any parts that we would need to purchase that doesn't come with the system
Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Question:	Would the 9k unit be enough to heat a well-insulated "tiny" home on wheels, 3300 cubic ft? The home is mostly stationary, and has 120V & 240V access
Answer:	Maybe, but may fall short more noticeable in summer than winter. Wish I had seen this earlier this year. Those figures you gave are not a tiny space-45 feet by 10 x 7 foot ceilings, or 30x15x7 = around 3150 cf/450 sf. Id do l do a 12k btu unit concentrating more on AC for me as I live in the south east areas. I measure everything in sf as all appliances like this are sized for square footage. This is a heat pump which heats as well as cools. Keep in mind, its easier to heat, than it is to cool! Size mostly for AC. 9,000 btu is 3/4 ton in cooling, good for 375-400 sf. 1 ton =12, 000 btu good for 500-600 sf. While 6,000 btu is good for about 250sf. So take 250 (6k btu)+ 125sf (3k btu)= 375-400 using a 9k btu unit. Over sizing will cool well, but cut off to soon to take out much humidity, lets say set at 74 F degrees inside. Under sizing will run longer to try and get your desired room temp to 74 but may fall short of accomplishing that which costs you more trying to get there and may not, wasting $$, and not shuting off because it cannot get to the temperature inside that you have set the thermostat for. But will remove alot of humidity while doing so. A thermostat is an automatic on/off switch. When the room gets to desired set temp, the unit shuts off. When the temp inside changes slightly, a system will restart to bring room back to desired temp set and shut off, again. Cycle repeats as needed. So best to size properly as close as possible. If you live where high humidity reigns your region and want your inside air as dry as possible in summer, dont over size. If you live where its colder than 45 degrees in winter and not high humidity, usually, then concentrate more on a bit higher btu to compensate for your needs of capacity. it is a 'heat pump' so it heats and cools, reversing the process of AC for heating.

Answer:	Did you read the description: Product Description. It clear states that it oscillates. So does it? The 6 inch clip on fan has impact resistant plastic grills with chemical resistant polypropylene blade, 2-speed and 1/300 HP motor. The 12 in, 16 in and 18 in fans oscillate 90 degree or can be locked in non-oscillating position. They also have powder coated steel front grill with impact resistant plastic rear grill and chemical resistant polypropylene blade. 12 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/50 HP motor. 16 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor. 18 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor.
Question:	How does the fan work
Answer:	Very adjustable. Swivels (not automatic) 360 degrees, tilts 90 degrees. What you see clearly in the picture is the swivel adjustment, with the small detents, just above the clip. At the top of this column, is the tilt adjustment with thumb screw. In the picture, it would be just below the lower motor air intake. I have it clipped horizontally to a shelf, blowing straight down on an external hdd, which is the equivalent of clipping to a vertical wall and having it blow straight out. In essence, adjustments will cover anywhere in 1/2 a sphere.

Question:	Can this be ordered with different length linesets, and, if so, how do I do that
Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	400sqft per ton or 12000 btu
Question:	Per Senville's website this unit is rated at 10.9 amps. What size breaker should be installed for this unit? 15 or
Answer:	Manufacturer says circuit breaker size should be 150% of 10.9 amps. This equals 16.35 amps. Take it to the next breaker size. Your answer would be 20 amp 2-pole breaker. #12 wire size will handle this.

Answer:	Mine only came with a 15’ 1/4” copper line set and a 16guage wiring kit...but the unit requires 14 gauge wire so you’ll need that and whatever length of line set you need. Mine works great but I had the lines professionally installed.
Question:	I have a 400 sqft open area bachelor unit, ground floor with utility kitchen. is 18kbtu too big or too small. in ne fl where humidity is high
Answer:	Not in the sense that you have a relative humidity set point, but it does have a drying mode. Also, while in cooling mode, it will run at the lowest capacity possible for any given temperature setpoint to allow for long runtime in order to keep humidity under control.
Question:	We have 450 sq ft living room with 12 ft ceiling. the living room open to kitchen and dining room (another 400 sq ft), should we get 12k or 18k

Answer:	No,the outdoor unit is precharged. After the line sets are attached on both ends,a vacuum must be pulled on the entire system to purge all oxygen,then the refrigerant can be opened up.
Question:	What type of breaker is required, 30 amps
Answer:	Yes 30 amp breaker would be suffice
Question:	I need a 50 line with this unit can a 50 foot be use with this particular unit
Answer:	The less tubing used the better. I was always told that if you increased the distances between the indoor unit and outdoor unit the 'harder' the compressor needed to work. My crews installed 100's of these units (many different brands) and the guys said if you spaced the units more than 25' apart it was better to increase the tubing size. But this was years ago before the inverter models of today. But I do know that if you put 50psi of water supply through 100' of ¼"I.D. tubing, for example, at the end that psi would be reduced to about 10psi. I learned that the hard way in my youth. I will also add that if you are going to buy a split-pack system you'd be hard pressed to find better than Daikin. They invented this type of system more that 100 years ago. They used to give the best warrantee in the business. I am going to purchase one of these as soon as my old window rattler conks out. To tell the truth I would rather have a few of these installed in my home instead of my central a/c unit which now the attic ductwork needs to be reinsulated.
