Answer:	I think it depends on how wet the doodle mat is and whether the kids lightly draw on it, or press hard enough to create a picture. I have a 16 months old and she just lightly scribbles on it. It does seems to last a few minutes though.

Answer:	I purchased the Staedtler Pigment Liner and am happy with these pens. They are not scratchy and "ink" well and have a variety of tips; also, archival and waterproof and fade proof. I bought at the time they had a sale, buy 4 and get 2 free in the package, so there were 6 different sizes. I have not tried the Triplus Fineliner 334 or the Fineliner 306S, so cannot compare. Hope this helps.

Answer:	They're wonderful for college! I've had the same pack of pens since my junior year of high school and am now in my freshman year of college. I use them allll the time. They are great for color-coding notes, for annotating readings, or just writing notes or in your journal. The only one I've had to replace a couple times are the red one and the black once because I use them the hardest. However, I think I am going to get a new set soon because they're starting to run out, and I love them so much!

Answer:	No, they don't bleed at all with normal writing. I had to press really hard in one spot for it to bleed just a little bit.

Answer:	truth to tell, i hate fiber pens. the metal radiographs are better. but i bought 4 sets of these and even when they work, they don't last long. that's pretty much all i can say. i am 63 and come from the old pen days (dipping a metal pen into an ink bottle) also have used real ruling pens. these are lousy.
