Answer:	TLDR: NO The outside unit has to have a set of ports (input and output) for EACH of the indoor units. Therefor, the outside unit has to be built for the number of indoor units you wish to connect.

Answer:	You can install the complete unit, set the compressor, install the linesets (copper & electrical lines from the compressor to the air handler). However, you should have someone who is knowledgeable (professional) about electrical power, tie the compressor to its power source (208-230v). All our manufactures strongly recommend that you have a HVAC professional pressurize the lines. This is a minimum fee, since they are not adding any coolant to the system. Answer:	Thank you for your question. Precharged in this context means that it contains enough refrigerant for it to run with the included length of copper tubing. Additional refrigerant may be necessary if a longer length of copper tubing is required for installation. A licensed HVAC installer is required for proper installation. The unit's warranty is void if hooked up by an unlicensed installer.

Answer:	Did you read the description: Product Description. It clear states that it oscillates. So does it? The 6 inch clip on fan has impact resistant plastic grills with chemical resistant polypropylene blade, 2-speed and 1/300 HP motor. The 12 in, 16 in and 18 in fans oscillate 90 degree or can be locked in non-oscillating position. They also have powder coated steel front grill with impact resistant plastic rear grill and chemical resistant polypropylene blade. 12 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/50 HP motor. 16 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor. 18 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor.
Question:	How does the fan work
Answer:	Very adjustable. Swivels (not automatic) 360 degrees, tilts 90 degrees. What you see clearly in the picture is the swivel adjustment, with the small detents, just above the clip. At the top of this column, is the tilt adjustment with thumb screw. In the picture, it would be just below the lower motor air intake. I have it clipped horizontally to a shelf, blowing straight down on an external hdd, which is the equivalent of clipping to a vertical wall and having it blow straight out. In essence, adjustments will cover anywhere in 1/2 a sphere.

Answer:	I had two
Question:	Can this be ordered with different length linesets, and, if so, how do I do that
Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	Yes, for most standard installations. You may need to do some customization for indoor unit capacities and line set lengths. You will also need certain tools and experience.

Answer:	Using ohm's law basics (v*a=w) the unit has the circuit potential for 6.6kw/hr. That is the max draw for a 30 amp 220v circuit as per national electric code. I am not sure of the actual kw usage of the unit but I live in Texas in a not well insulated house and using two of the pioneer ductless packages (one double and one triple) my electric bill went down 100 dollars for September compared to august. I also kept my house much cooler in September. These units by nature are very efficient and the inverter compressor makes it even more efficient. Hope this helps

Question:	does this unit need a condensate drip line
Answer:	Hi: Ive installed 3 of these already . Currently working on installing this exact one. Yes each of those inside units when in the airconditioning mode especially in humid weather.... water ...allot of water...will condense inside the inside units and you absolutely most definately will need to do some light grade plumbing to allow the water to flow by gravity away from the units. There is a short drain hose in the back of each one that you need to make sure is connected properly so the water is taken away again by gravity. You could probably engineer a sump pump situation where if your application is below grade and you cant get a gravity flow situation going but none of that is included with this set up. For this exact unit your going to have to plumb in drain piping for the 5 inside units to drain somewhere outside or into your sewer system. Its clean fresh water...so some folks just let it run down the side of the house sidewalk into the ground....your not polluting anything but you have to have condensate lines to all 5 units . Also make sure you get a HVAC licensed contractor to do the install because you probably wont have much of a warranty if you do it yourself...they check if you put in a claim got to be done correctly

The only thing you'll need is the electrical wiring normally supplied by the installer. You may also need a condensate pump for any air handler that is mounted on an interior wall. Answer:	I use a 20000mh charging battary. It also charges with a usbc or usb phone charger.

Answer:	I had the same situation. For my fan, the red light blinks while charging and turns a solid red when fully charged. Also, FYI, I found the fan recharged better when I used a block with the USB cord (as opposed to USB cord connected to an outlet).

Answer:	The instructions say do not use in water. Suspect there's a possibility of a shock like there is with using many other electrical items near water, ie. hair dryers, etc. -- Print for instructions is very small. It's easier to read info online.
