These did muffle sound, but all the sound. They didn't reduce excess noise and allow me to hear talking better. I don't think I would recommend these for people with sensory issues or hearing over background noise. They just noise cancel like any other pair of earplugs would. But for someone just looking to muffle sound, these do a good job for that, and are better than the crappy foam ones. |
