Question:	how much weight will it hold
Answer:	The steel is pretty sturdy. The pine ladder was a little wobbly with me (200 lbs) on it. I reinforced it with some 1x3 oak and now it's solid.
Question:	Can the ladder be cut down a few inches to accommodate rail height
Answer:	Sorry for the delayed response. As you are probably aware, the package only includes the hardware, you have to build the ladder yourself. When you do, you are restricted in the height by the 10 degree angle that the roller brackets have built in. You can actually build it slightly longer resulting in an increased angle but too much and the rollers will hit the brackets supporting the track. Making the ladder shorter reduces the angle making it very difficult to be on without holding on to the ladder. Hope this helps

Answer:	One height deminsion above says 77 something and another says 79 something. Which is it? 47.5 inches is the width.

Answer:	The ladder can only be installed in one area.

Answer:	You really wouldn't want to. The bottom has absolutely no clearance so your top bunk would be 6" off the bottom. As a matter of fact, I would recommend you do not buy this bed. The distance between bunks is too short and our year old out grew the distance very quickly and kept hitting his head while getting into bed. After 2 months we had to separate them into two beds.

Answer:	It doesn’t matter about the dimensions, I would never order anything from this company again. Half the parts were missing and took over 6 weeks to get them all. Pay a little more and get all your parts.

Answer:	Yes, it is fairly easy to hook-up if you follow the directions. Narrow it down to the section that matches your install. Mark down what color wires are on what terminals and their color on your existing thermostat before disconnecting the current thermostat.

Answer:	They all use the same wires.

Answer:	The unit is 3.5 inches high and 4.5 inches wide. Our system is cooling only so we installed a jumper wire between R and Rc plus the 24 volt power line. We installed a separate line to C which, according to the instructions, is the common terminal. With this installation batteries are optional. I'm not an expert on this but we have had good luck with this installation. I hope this is helpful.
