Question:	How many ounces of Cover Free for a 27,000 gallon pool and how often should you reuse it
Answer:	I stopped using mine as it was having no effect on evaporation or heating the pol, I went back to the solar cover. I'm told 4oz was to cover an area of 680sq ft so I used 5 oz for 720 sq ft which is what my pool area was and it had no effect at all.
Question:	Seems to me if it create a layer on top of the pool and you have a skimmer pool filter, wont it gum up your DE filter mechanism faster
Answer:	No did not gum my filters at all , but the product only works marginally at best keeps some water from evaporating but does not keep the water warm on cold nights, save your money and buy a cover,

Answer:	This product is not irritating or dangerous. Swimming can be done right away.
Question:	Will this work with a salt water pool? Also are Polymers safe
Answer:	Absolutely, have used in my salt water pool for about a year. You'll most likely notice reduced evaporation first. A side effect of evaporation is cooling, so there is also a slightly less loss of temperature. Here in So Fl. we use it in the fall and spring. Winter here (w/solar heating) requires a "bubble plastic" solar cover to use pool year round. Up north I would use it all summer long. Here in Summer the pool is often close to 94/95 w/o any cover and solar heat shut down, so we just run the deck jets and replace the water evaporation when it doesn't rain enough to keep the pool filled and temp down below 90. I like this product and use it a lot; it isn't magic, but it sure helps reduce water evaporation (just for the record, we also use 50ppm borate in the pool water as well). Also I have found after the first 2 doses, I only need to add more product every other week (if you had kids and loads of splash out) then maybe you might need to add more each week.

Answer:	I bought model V65EN. It came with a wired digital controller. The installer did not run the wire into the house and mount the controller indoors. He simply set the controller at 120 degrees and left the controller inside the unit. If I want to change the temp, I have to take the cover of the unit.

Answer:	This product is intended to lower the rate of evaporation, which is the primary way your pool loses heat. If you don't have a heater, then your heat is mainly coming from the sun. So over time, heat gain from the sun, less heat loss from evaporation equals net change in temperature. That's an oversimplification, but it's a useful way to think about it.
Question:	will this create residue and clog up the pool filter
Answer:	I have used this product several times, there is no residue and it does not clog the filter, but it is recommended that you not backwash for a week or so after adding it.

Answer:	Yes, but we recommend spraying it on a rag and wiping it rather than spraying the bleach directly onto the mattress cover.

Question:	Does the queen size fitted cover have a seam down the middle
Answer:	No, it fits the whole mattress or box springs, then you zip it up, looks like a fitted sheet, your start at the top of your mattress and pull down to the end of the mattress, then zip. Be careful to get the right size, so you do not have to pull hard, if you pull to hard, the mattress can tear. They have 3 sizes, I think one is 12 inches, 1 is 14, the other one is 16, I got the 16 and had no problem, it depends on how thick your mattress is. Mine is really thick so the 16 fits really well. It is easy to put on if there are two of you, you can do it yourself, but is much easier with 2 of you. Hope this helps.
