Answer:	I can make it reach half way across my sink (approximately 10-11 inches) when I extend it out completely from both pivot points. (At the base is one spot and the 2nd pivot is where there is a bend on the metal arm). Having them both points extended fully makes the faucet head close to the sink. The faucet also can be very compact also which is nice with big pots, etc.

Answer:	The Ninja can easily do cookie dough and cake batters. But it is a high speed unit. Anything that needs blending on low would not do well with this. I still have my mixer and use it for low speeds. My Ninja did come with a "dough blade" and I do use that for pie crust, bread dough, etc. I have not done egg whites, but I imagine it would do well as the high speed does incorporate a lot if air. Whipping cream does well.

Answer:	I don't get it. We love this food processor but can't stand to wash it. Would not put it in the dishwasher. Everything gets stuck in the top and in the mechanism for the top. And it's clear plastic so you can see all the food caught in there, but there is no way to get it out. We can't figure out how it gets in there in the first place. We use the machine as directed. We wash it immediately after use every single time. I try to use the spray at the sink to get the debris out, doesn't help. Tried soaking it. Tried just at least spraying vinegar inside it to prevent bacteria from building up. We have only had it 5 years and have wanted to replace the bowl and top and Cuisinart is out of stock. And I saw them on sale on Amazon for $45. for just the bowl. And the food processor has gone up in price by $50. since we bought it in 2015. So, I am now actively looking for a replacement for this machine, even though it's still working fine. I can't deal with the clean up any more. Or with what I consider a health hazard having all that debris in there fermenting.

Answer:	The height without the lid on is 11 1/2". I measured the height with the lid to be 17" if that helps you. The lid couldn't be inverted for storage because of the odd shape. I just store the base and bowl separately in a cabinet.

Answer:	While the lid and bowl of the BFP660SIL Sous Chef 12 Cup™ can be removed and stored separately, the unit does not "break down" for storage.

Answer:	I just got a "Plus" and did so for the differences. The "Plus" is identical to the 12-cup processor, it is NOT a 16-cup processor (that is a different model entirely). The "Plus" includes a small processor bowl and serrated S-blade that fits it. The "Plus" includes the blade storage box also.
