Answer:	1 pillow case is included, but I believe it is called a pillow sham. Slit to insert pillow is in the middle of the back side.

Answer:	I suspect the King/Cali King writing is in there to suggest that it should be appropriate size for either a Standard King Size Bed as well as a California King Size Bed. Having said that, despite my having just a King Size Bed I find that the duvet is a bit short on the sides. I've tried turning it 90 degrees and have the same problem. I just went and measured it and it doesn't come close to the measurements described in the listing of 104" x 90" inches but is closer to the 90" x 90" inches which is the measurements used for the Queen version. I hadn't measured it before this opportunity because the packaging had indicated it was for my size bed. I suspect that maybe some queen size versions of the product were packaged in packaging marked for King and/or Cali King. I've already thrown out the packaging or I'd consider sending it back for an exchange because I do like the quality of the material even if I'm a little concerned about the endurance of the buttons. Recommend measuring it upon arrival in case a large batch suffered incorrect labeling. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Perhaps there weren't the same ordering options in Sept, but in Nov 2017 there are options for Standard Pillowcases (2-piece) and King Pillowcases (2-piece) right up at the top of this product page, where you choose Queen/King etc for the sheet sets; 2 pillowcases for less than 5 dollars, plus shipping.
