If it is an iPhone 5s on down you are good, no interference. iPhone 6 on up stay clear of the top bezel or move the RFID tag around and test with tape before sticking it to the phone. Also note it will not work through a metal case but will through a plastic one. So, you can put it between the case and the phone so the adhesive backing isn't damaged and can be swapped with phone upgrades.
