I will tell you that in my experience with this brand and the poly blend fabric it will wash fine, you just have to make sure you have dryer balls or tennis balls in the dryer to keep the batting from bunching up. it is stitched through out to help with the batting issue. but it is beautiful in the room.

Answer:	I have a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and my quilt hangs down pretty far. It would easily cover a king size bed

Answer:	We have a tall queen bed, and the King size does not go to the floor. I think that it would go to the floor on a lower bed. It is plenty wide.

Question:	What are the washing instructions? Did the quilt shrink when you washed it
Answer:	Cold machine wash on delicate cycle. It is a very generous sized quilt floor length on my double bed. Not washed mine as yet but went by others feedback who have bought this quilt that it washes beautifully very minimal shrinkage colours still vibrant.
Question:	Does anything match the quilt like are there cushions, rugs in this print ect
Answer:	There are lined curtain panels available and a window valance of the Lidia pattern. Also a quilted European sham(pillow) set(they are just solid light pink though).
Question:	Is this heavy weight or lighter
Answer:	It is a lighter weight spread. Very pretty and colorful, but not heavy.
Question:	Why does Amazon claim this is 100% cotton, yet when I go to the Laura Ashley website, they list the quilt as polyester filled
Answer:	The tag reads as follows: 100% polyester: 60% cotton, 30% polyester, 10% reclaimed fiber. It would be much too bulky to wash if it were 100% cotton; in addition, it might tend to mat up between the stitches. It is a wonderful product. Light, but warm and always hangs beautifully on the bed.
