Answer:	I have had my travel pillow for 25 years! I love it and I have traveled with it throughout Europe and China, as well as all over the US. Rolling it is no problem. Start with the large end, squish and roll it up and insert into the carry case. I store my pillow opened and hand wash the cover.

Answer:	I can't really tell you the smallest size it squeezes down to, b/c I use the travel tempur pedic pillow which has its own bag and is like a small bread roll size weighing maybe 1-2 pounds max. That is a better pillow to travel with.

Answer:	I find that it is a warm blanket even without using the heat elements. I believe it is designed to retain that heat. I don't believe it makes you to hot, but it is a good blanket with or without the heating function...
Question:	Can you buy the controllers separately? The controllers now get really hot and my son in law doesn't feel they are safe now
Answer:	That happened to me with one some years ago and I contacted the company. Their contact info is on the "instruction" sheet that comes with the blanket. It has a 5 year warranty and I had the blanket for 4 and a half years. They replaced the blanket.

Answer:	Hi,Instructions recommend that the blanket be placed with the bottom connector on top. For me however one of the controllers did not work at all so I returned the blanket. I cannot validate if it is ok to flip it over.

Question:	Whats the warranty
Answer:	No. The blanket controller is limited to 10 hours at a clip for safety reasons as I understand. The assumption is average recommended sleep time at 8 hours. We’re the blanket to stay on permanently, there is danger to children & potential for fire under certain circumstances. Therefore the company decided on 10 hours at a time. I am no spokesman for the company but this is what I was given to understand.

Answer:	I bought mine in January or February of 2014. It seemed to not work as well for a few weeks, but maybe that was user error. I am still using it this winter & it seems to work really well.

Answer:	The functions of the blanket are on the control unit. Directions are included with the blanket. You press the buttons for the desired results.As for the ability to use alternate controllers, I don't know. But with other controllers, you probably can't do all that this blanket does, i.e., set it to preheat at a particular time or turn off at a certain time. Just being able to turn it on or off, perhaps you can.

Answer:	Yes, If your blanket has the Choice Touch Controller then the blanket can be programmed to come on each night by using the preheat function. You have to first set the clock (there is a switch on the underside of the control, move it to Time and set the clock using the + and - buttons), then move the switch to preheat (again the switch is on the bottom of the control and pick a preheat time using the + and - buttons). After these are both set put the switch on the bottom of the controller back in the center position. Turn the controller on and use the mode button until Preheat flashes then the + button until it shows both Preheat and the time. That should set it. The preheat will come on at the time you set and will preheat for 30 minutes then go to the original control setting. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have a power bed .... but pad only lasted 7 months.... only 3 months of use. Nothing to do with the power bed I would imagine. I think the matress pad wires just broke from laying in them.
Question:	What happens if the blanket is put on upside down? Can't you just reverse the controllers
Answer:	I bought the Full size and the plug is dead center and perfectly placed so the heel(s) of my feet land on it. So basically my feet hit it all the time and it's rather annoying. Not as annoying as the low power output, which is enough to break the chill of a cold bed but warm is not a word I'd use. So if you get it you may want to put the plug on the head side, but I don't do this because I did that with my last pad and the pillow held the heat in so the insulation on the wires and the blanket around them had turned brown. Clearly a potential fire hazard but that pad had three times the power of this one so I doubt this one is a risk, but something to think about.

Answer:	I haven't tried this feature, but the instructions say it turns off automatically after ten hours of continuous use. (Models TC-11 and TC-13)

Answer:	I don't know about desktop but I have mine on the night table next to the bed. There is plenty of cord to put the control there.

Answer:	It's advertised as having a 1 year ETL CERTIFICATION & where it says to click here for product warranty it then tells you to notify the manufacturer. So unsure about a warranty. Not sure what the CERTIFICATION is. I gave this as a gift & I haven't heard any complaints.

I wash it I use it every single day and I absolutely love it. I bought several in the past and they just don’t last more than a year. I highly recommend this blanket! Answer:	If you did it quickly it would probably work and be okay. Id be afraid of it burning the motor if you kept it too long out of the water though. Answer:	Mine did not come with a pole. Don't know if they do now since I did order mine quite a while ago. I love the pool blasters. This is my second one and my best advice to you if you haven't used one before is to not overcharge the battery as they are very sensitive. I only charge mine for 6 hours and I've had it for 3 years now. A lot of people say they don't last more than a season but the battery issue may be why. Hope this helps!

Answer:	i had this blanket for 10 yrs and would wash on warm and tumble dry low...keep rotating the blanket every 30 min. in the dryer so it evenly dries.

Answer:	Just call warranty service and they will replace it, mine just died after 2 years and they are sending a new one. Plug the suspect controller into the other side of the blanket to make sure it isn't the blanket itself. Warranty is 5 years, great product and service.
Question:	Will this pad heater work and last with a power adjustable bed
Answer:	I haven't had the blanket for very long and I usually do not use it at the higher settings so the controllers have stayed cool. I also turn them off as soon as I am out of the bed. So I don't know if the controllers of your son in law were faulty initially or if they got that way with constant use. It could be an issue to consult with the manufacturer through the internet. Gadgets that convert household current to low voltage to charge say cell phones or rechargable cell batteries do get hot if left plugged in for very long periods of time after charging. They usually recommend to unplug them after use.
Question:	Where's the location of the plug on the pad itself? If fitted will it be on top of the bed
Answer:	10/25/18: I spoke with their Warranty Center (800-299-1378) today. This blanket has an unconditional 5-year warranty. Even if it has to be replaced several times. Great Customer Service.
