Question:	I need a pillow under my knees when I sleep but it needs to maintain the height and overall firmness for the whole night. Is this pillow firm/strong
Answer:	I do not feel that the material for the pillow cover would be harsh against the skin.
Question:	Is there a cover you can buy for this pillow
Answer:	Yes, it is semi-hard and therefore does flatten out some. If you use it under your neck you might lose about 1.5”of its original thickness, still leaving you about 3.5” of firm and comfortable support. For lumbar use, it flattens out quite a bit more because of the increased weight on it. Therefore the support is reduced for such use. Hence, great for the neck, but marginal for the lumbar area.
Question:	Is this a solid piece of foam, or is it a mass of shredded foam jammed into a half moon pillow form
Answer:	They've been solid for me for a couple of months now.
Question:	How high is the pillow
Answer:	As specified, 12.5” is the length and 5” the diameter or the thickness, if you will.
