Answer:	HORRIBLE towels! Don't waste your money. These towels do not absorb & they fall apart. Worst towels I've ever bought. I couldn't give them away in good conscience. If you like to be covered in lint these are for you. They will cover everything else with lint too. If you don't like this mess ... stay as far away as you can. Not only that, when I reached to company, they never contacted me back. I would give these towels from this company a -100 stars.

Answer:	Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!! They're really nice towels...

Answer:	it was not on there. This was my fault for buying them. They are ok, but not what I had bought previously. And I thought the price was a little much for what I thought I was buying. Answer:	They are that size IF you happen to get your purchase from the original seller. But for some reason, most of us who bought these were "sent" to some other seller and mine are hand towels. Answer:	That's correct. Do not use any type of fabric softener, bleach or any wash-in fragrance boosters, like Downey's Unstoppables. They reduce the absorbing properties of microfiber cloths.

Answer:	As far as i know this is a two piece set. When I purchased is was a six piece set. These are very nice towels...I have had them for about a year now. Caring for the towels is a little different than cotton. The main things to remember are ... 1. Don't get a lot of debris on them (ie: letting them lay on a dirty floor. 2. Wash only microfiber items separate from others. 3. Don't use fabric softener. They don't need it anyway. 4. These dry different than terry cloth cotton. 5. When drying yourself off dab rather than drag. I am very happy with them. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I just ordered these towels for my guest bath. Hope they are absorbent.I see some reviews say they are not. Does everyone know you do not use fabric softener on towels. It makes fabric not absorbent. PS This is why Queen Elizabeth has her towels ironed. They know not to use fabric softener, thus, have to iron them! I don't iron mine of course but all my towels are absorbent.

Answer:	Yes...they can. The tag (go to the product and look through the pictures) says they are 100% cotton. That's the only prerequisite for using a (wet) towel in the microwave for a heat pack.
