Answer:	Considering what it’s used for, I’d assume the solutions for both would be “Buy a new one.” Same goes for any inquiries about its resale value as well.

After purchasing, you may cut a line up to the center of a 3 x 3 section or larger and place the pole in the center. That way if you pull and water splashes it will splash on the covering and not on you.

Answer:	we have european toilets with oval openings. i bought this specifically because it said it could / would conform to those type of drains. i can tell you from plunging away mercilessly with this, that it does not conform to fill / fit an oval drain in any superior way. you would think the extra rubber on the bottom would mold to the drain opening (as the description says it does) but unfortunately it does not! still on the hunt for one that does...!

Answer:	The Korky 99-4A Max not all Korky's are the same you want the 99-4A Max it has a picture of the newer toilets it works with we have a new kohler and it works to unplug the clog how ever I have had problems with matter going up the path water takes to flush the bowl that is not the fault of the plunger but the toilet design

Answer:	Hello, an effective plunger has to have a method for storing some water inside the bulb in order to prime and seal the plunger to the bowl. This plunger does not have the inverted lip that I believe you are referring to. I guess if you somehow got the bottom part of the bulb inverted upwards, you'd have a mess, but that is not how this plunger is designed to work. If used properly, the water will not become trapped inside the bulb. It's great on my toilet drain design which is round and a 1.6 gal flow. It is not designed to be intentionally inverted on the bottom of the bulb in order to use on a sink or tub. I hope this helps.

Answer:	First, I rinse it in the toilet water. Then, I mix up some bleach water and wipe it down with a rag. Third, I soak it in a water and baking soda paste. Fourth, I use a toothbrush and a squirt bottle of vinegar and really give it a good scrubbing, inside and out. Finally, I use a bottle of natural spring water purified via reverse osmosis and give it a final rinse. After that, I just dry it off with a brand new chamois before hitting it with a couple of spritzes of lavender essential oil. Only then is it clean enough to put behind the toilet.

Question:	How many applications do you get with each CO2 cartridge
Answer:	The co2 cartridges (chargers) are single use. The contents of the co2 cartridge is expelled when you press the button. This co2 gas pushes the water/waste forcefully through the pipes to clear the blockage (clog). Each use requires one co2 cartridge (charger).
Question:	Can you use other types of Co2 cylinders like 16g to get two shots or will you just get a more powerful one shot
Answer:	No. You cannot use larger cylinders. Physically, they will not fit. Also, the 8g is very powerful. In the 3 years that I have personally used this product, only twice did I have to use 2 cylinders to clear a stubborn clog.
Question:	Does it have any negative effects on septic systems
Answer:	It should work just fine with a properly installed and maintained system. The most powerful part of the pressure will be its initial release, and depending upon the trapped air (p-traps, j-traps along the way), actual pipe size, bends, connections, and the make-up of the actual clog (will the clog absorb some of the pressure) the clog will be dislodged and subsequently pushed through the entire length of pipe before even reaching the actual septic part of your system... The CO2 is only 8grams (tiny cylinder) and it starts to lose it effectiveness within the first meter (3 ft) or two.
Question:	Does it work on really bad clogs
Answer:	I don't know exactly what you think is a really bad clog but This product worked GREAT for me... I had a toilet that kept getting clogged. No matter how many times we used a regular plungerit never 100% got cleared. that is until I used the sureplunge. One shot of air was all it took to clear the debris and it's been 6 months and it's still unclogged. My favorite part about this plunger is the fact you don't have to repeatedly plunge. It takes about a minute to put together and use. My only advice is to make sure you hold it tight when using because the air makes it slightly kick back.

Answer:	Yes. There is a removable portion of the holder which collects the water. It is easy to take out and clean... and just as easy to put back.

Answer:	The current 2018 version I just purchased does not seem to unscrew. I want to replace the rubber head with a better one, but Ive tried twisting to unscrew and also pulling on it but neither works. Can anyone tell me how the head comes off, and if so can a standard screw on head be used?

Answer:	The back is open. Once I clean i flush the brush to insure that is is clean of any residue. If you experience any collection in the base wipe it out with a sanitary wipe.

Answer:	Lynn, I recently got a new low flow toilette which has a weird oval shape opening. I tried using my basic plunger and it did not work at all. After reading reviews, I decided to try this one. It works very well for odd shaped holes. I was Leary when I got it, but it does work.

Answer:	That's it. Just the storage bag. I hang it from a command hook on the far side of the toilet against the wall, which is more blocked from view.
