Answer:	I purchased these towels because I had been on a cruise where they were used. In the same order with the towels I purchased the wash cloths "Royal Excellence by Baltic Linen 100-Percent Ring Spun Cotton 10-Pack Wash Cloths, 13 By 13-Inch, White. These wash cloths were identical to the the ones I experienced on the cruise which were very thick. The towels have basically the very same description as the wash cloths "Royal Excellence by Baltic Linen 100-Percent Ring Spun Cotton 3-Pack Bath Sheet, 35 By 70-Inch, White" but of course the size is different. However, when you compare the towels to the wash cloths, the towels are very thin and not at all the same product. Therefore, it might be helpful to specific about these differences, or identify the wash cloths differently. I would encourage you to feel both to best understand the explanation. The towels, of the same brand, I experienced on the cruise, were very thick like the wash cloths. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It is difficult to answer that question directly. I can tell you that I use a couple of these dispensers for antibacterial hand soap, which is fairly viscous. They work quite well in that capacity.

Question:	Looks great. Why can't it be made to last? Button mechanism broke in less than one year
Answer:	I have had mine since we moved in 3 years ago and it's still working well. My son and daughter also bought one for their homes as well and still using theories, too. Maybe you just bought a bum one? Sorry.....
Question:	Does dispenser have non-slip rubber base? other oxo models i bought said they had a non-slip base ... uh, not so much

Question:	this msg is to oxo. got this in January and now there are lots of rust spots all over the "stainless steel" section of the pump. what do u suggest
Answer:	That's really odd. I keep my soap dispenser in the sink where it gets wet all the time and there's not a bit of rust on it. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect?
Question:	Is this model an improvement on the failed "Big Button" dispenser that leaks liquid through the gasket
Answer:	I've been using the Easy Press model almost daily for three months and have had no problems with it leaking the dish soap in it.
