Question:	Are both the same or is there a difference between the two
Answer:	I believe the red is "softer" while the black is more firm. I have the black and prefer that cause I feel it really digs into the muscle to loosen it up. Of course it depends if you do it on the hard surface or carpet makes a difference too. It's all subjective. It should include both so you can alternate if you want.

Answer:	They have a soft, rubbery surface with a lot of "grab". But they are far from "soft" if you mean soft like a tennis ball. And they are far from being as hard as a baseball. If I squeeze them really hard between the heels of my hands I am only able to make very small dents which then disappear immediately as soon as I release that pressure.

Question:	I got mine in today. It did not come with instruction manual
Answer:	Britax does not recommend placing an accessory between the vehicle seat back and the child seat back.

Answer:	I’m not sure what type of front seats you’re dealing with but these worked well for us. I raise the headrest, clip the strap around the headrest post so the seat protector is against the back of the front seat, and then lower the headrest to where I want it. There should also be a strap that clips around the low part of the back of the front seat to hold it in place.
Question:	How does it work? Does it repeatedly hit you or do you have to somehow have to "wind it up" somehow after each hit
Answer:	There is an elastic band at the bottom of the kick mat but it does not have a clip or buckle. You have to slip it down the entire length of the seat back. The top has an elastic with a buckle that goes around the head rest. Both are very snug fitting on my car seats which is good because they have not moved since I installed them. It's been almost a year now since I've had them.

Answer:	There're is no PVC. They are made of a water resistant fabric that is washable. It doesn't say on the packaging what it is...but feels like nylon. They are a tightly woven fabric which seems very durable, such as the type of material that would be in a raincoat. Hope this helps.
