They are very comfortable and warm. I can wear them outside to get mail, do garbage, etc, but they are not described or designed for outside wear. I really like them.

Question:	The description says “with platform.” How high is it
Answer:	No...no fur, but the fabric is soft.
Question:	What size to order for a women’s size
Answer:	I haven't tried washing them yet. When the time comes I will probably put them in the wash with a little laundry detergent. Since there is a furry piece on the outside, & similar material inside, I would not put them in for too long. I would then put them in the dryer, on low, for a few minutes. If not fully dry, then let them air dry. This is how I clean my white skechers & it works. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I think this method will work.
