Answer:	After washing and conditioning, apply a few drops to hands and run through damp hair. After blow drying, leaves my fine graying hair shiny without a greasy look or feel. For longer hair, I believe I would apply it to the damaged areas a little more liberally than the root area, but in small amounts spread more evenly. My hair is only a few inches long.

Answer:	I don't see why not. It's an oil and dandruff is a dry scalp condition. I would suggest applying to wet hair, massage into scalp. It may take several treatments especially if you are now experiencing cold weather as I am. The indoor heat really drys my skin out. I use this on my face primarily. It's been working very well.
Question:	What's the trick to opening the pump? I see arrow on top. I turned and turned
Answer:	I didn't have a problem with mine, but try holding the base of the pump and turning. Sometimes I get bottles that have more trouble than others. (If you have one of those rubber grip pads for opening cans, it helps the base to be less slippery.) Good luck!

Answer:	I previously bought this company's Rosewater & Glycerin product (this one). I called the company cust. service # for content. They will not give out % of water vs glycerin vs rosewater ("It's proprietary."), but she did tell me that, in descending order of amt., it's water, glycerin, rosewater. Looked on Hair Buddah for "recipe" so I could buy just rosewater (search on that term) bcs it's cheaper than their combo. Hair Buddah says 3 t glycerin + 5 T rosewater; I'm going to add 1 scant t vit E oil (rather than the jojoba/almond/etc. found in this company's Rosewater & Glycerin product.) My glycerin and vit E oil are cheaper than paying them for theirs, plus I can control the type of oil. If I make my own using this product, I can make at least double the amt in their pre-made Rosewater & Glycerin (this product); which means approx half the price. Note: Rosewater & Glycerin liquid is NOT pink. The BOTTLE is pink; don't be alarmed! Also, vit E oil has a little glycerin in it, too; but, *IMO* (I am not a chemist or aesthetician), this doesn't make make difference here because it's going to be minute amt; and glycerin is a humectant, anyway, which is what you're aiming for if you want your skin to be "more hydrated." (My glycerin and vit E oil came from WalMart.) HTH. mb

Answer:	My Boss learned about Rosewater and Glycerin from her Mother. She is a very wealthy woman of "a certain age"now and could afford to buy whatever moisture cream she wanted-but she continues to use this instead. The results are pretty great as she has great skin with very few wrinkles and few blemishes. After cleansing her face (she uses The Rose facial wipes from The Body Shop since she has sensitive skin) she sprays this product directly onto her face and neck.
