To cool our ice packs for kids: place gel pack in freezer for 1-2 hours place in buddy sleeve & apply to affected area (no more than 20 min. at a time).



HOW TO USE AS A HEAT PACK:



simply put gel pack in hot water OR microwave for 10-15 seconds & place in buddy sleeve & apply to affected area (no more than 20 min. at a time).

*Microwave instructions: Wrap gel pack in a damp cloth & set the microwave setting BELOW 800 Watts for no more than 15 seconds at a time until desired temperature.
