Question:	How am I able to retrurn this product? There is no return link or anything
Answer:	Dear customer, here is the detailed instruction. 1. Remove the snap-on holster.  Simply pop it off using the large tab on the side. 2. Find an opening in the silicone slipcover. The most difficult part of removing the case is peeling off the flexible silicone layer. The best way to remove it is to start at the camera opening, the charging port, or a corner of the screen 3. Wedge a thin tool under the cover. If you can't fit your finger into one of these openings, you can use an old credit card. Stick it underneath the slipcover, and wiggle it back and forth until you can insert your finger into the gap. 4. Peel the silicone off carefully. Once you've wedged a corner open, you should be able to go around the phone pulling off the silicone. Note: You should be careful when removing the silicone from your open ports to avoid tearing any port covers. 5. Find the tension clips along the edge of the case. The case clips along the side that you can pop open with your fingers. There is typically a clip on each corner and in the middle. 6. Release one of the tension clips. Use your fingers to pop one of the tension clips open along the side of the case. If you can't get your finger under the clip, you may need to use a butter knife or a stiff credit card to get some leverage. The tension clips release from the bottom. Note: If using a tool to pry the clips open, lift towards the front of the case. Don't try to pull down, or you may break the plastic. Some clips may be easier to remove than others, especially when all clips are closed. If you're having trouble with one, move onto a different clip. 7. Continue releasing tension clips until the two halves separate. The front and back of the case should come apart completely. Don't force the two apart, or you may damage the tension clips. Answer:	I believe those dimensions refer to the holster, approx 4.5 x 6. I don't use the holster, just the case. The outside dimensions of the case are roughly 2.75 x 5.25. My IPhone SE fits inside, perfectly.

Question:	Does it work for the commuter
Answer:	The case I just got appears genuine to me. It is replacing my daughter’s almost identical one. Because of the packaging, I initially thought it was a knock-off. However, I put it side by side to her old one. We bought the first one at the Verizon store when we got the phone. All of the curves, edges, dust covers, grooves, stamping and and markings are identical. The only differences I can see are the actual numbers and letters printed inside. For instance, the old one has a circle with “7111 A” - the new one has “7111 B”. Also the color schemes are a little different. I will write a review in a while and include some side by side pictures. I have what I’m pretty sure is a really good knock off that some one gifted me. Even though it’s a good fake, you can pick up on the differences pretty easily.

I didn’t like the directions that came with it, so I looked on YouTube & watched someone’s video on installing it. No problem. I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!

Answer:	No warranty, sorry. I ordered them new and have gone onto a newer iPhone. However, one is new and the other is as good as new, actually appears new. You will go a long time before you need another clip.
Question:	If I have a glass screen protector on it will the case still fit
Answer:	Push on the top part of the clip (the part you push to open the other end and attach to a belt). But push harder or past the point where you have to hold it open. It locks open at that point and you can set your phone up on a desk or night stand.
