Answer:	Even though I received this vitamin at discount, this is my honest opinion about it. I'm not obligated to write a review at all nor am I obligated to give this product a 4 or 5 star review. The only thing I'm obligated to do is inform people that I received a product at a discounted rate because those are amazons rules. These are good vitamins and they work fast for me. If they weren't, I would say they didn't work for me. I have low iron and sometimes feel very tired and lethargic. I hate to take any pills with caffeine in them because I'm very sensitive to caffeine and it will give me a jittery feeling or keep me up for days like I've been snorting lines of coke lol. So I'm always looking for vitamins without caffeine in it. I actually like this because it's liquid, and it gives me an energetic feel without a crash later. I can take this and go about my day. It is made by certain bacteria, some which line the guts of animals which some people eat and drink, but that is not the best source because of the baggage that comes along with it (just like how you can't get the iron in beef without the saturated fat; protein in pork without lard; calcium in dairy without hormones), so you can't get B12 from animals without consuming things you don't want- like cholesterol. Dr. Shelila Callender delineated that human colon bacteria make large amounts of B12, although not absorbed through the colon it is active, lol! Fortified foods and supplements are the best way to get your B12-- they are not only the safest but also the most effective. In a study, it showed the people who ate meat were the highest in B12 Deficiency, however, people taking B12 supplements and fortified foods (like cereal) had the highest B12 levels. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10648266). Cyanocobalamin is dirt cheap with a shelf life of about 4 years.
