We must also factor in that each person's nutritional needs are individual and unique according to their diets, emotions, lifestyle, etc.. That being said, some vitamins are synthetic based and some are others are derived from whole foods. I eat as much of an organic whole food diet as I can, which to me is more important than supplements. Even so, we can still be lacking in vitamins and minerals due to genetics, inadequately absorbing issues, stress and the quality of the foods we eat, including organic foods. Therefore, I choose to take whole food based supplements whenever possible to help supplement my diet. The body recognizes whole food based supplements as food. It's just a personal preference for me.

MSG sensitivity is a myth that teeters on racism, and has been exhaustively studied.
