Answer:	Try a different sd card and make sure it is fast enough for the read/write capabilities you want one with at least 95 mbs write speed and class 10 v30. If it meets those specs and it is still freezing then send it back for another one. ALL GOPROs are notorious for freezing during recording and I have to pull the battery out and put it back in (this mostly happens with 3rd party batteries) I own the Hero 4 5 and 6 Black and they all do this from time to time...so I make sure I am recording prior to the activity I want to record. Answer:	Not only does it *not* come refrigerated, my last delivery arrived on my front porch noticeably "superheated" by having been (it seems) been packed/placed in the delivery van next to the van's outside wall or some other extremely hot interior location. In the warm Northern California sun, that was apparently enough to overheat the product--product directions note that *77 degrees F* is the maximum suitable storage temperature. Because I was concerned that 90 days' supply of the product would have reduced potency, I pinged Amazon on this issue and received no acknowledgment or reply. My local supermarket (which sells a smaller container for a high price) assiduously refrigerates all RenewLife products--Amazon and its sellers do not. Question:	I just opened the bottle and the tamper proof seal looks as if it has been burned; it looks melted has what appear to be burn marks on the edges
Answer:	Never seen or experienced it before but I would recommend returning it for a replacement. The probiotic capsules are transparent and the content of the capsule is white. If the capsules are pale or yellow it means the bacteria is dying
Question:	does this contain lactose or casein
Answer:	Aside from the probiotic culters the only other ingredients listed are vegtable capsules and cellulose. This brand is free of GMO, corn, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts and artifical flavors. These ingredients are listen on the back of the box. There is also a picture of this in the product pictures on Amazon.
Question:	Can I get a list of the other ingredients in this product besides probiotic
Answer:	Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule (vegetable fiber and water), cellulose - that's it on my bottle! Hope this helps.

It arrived wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap which I think helps insulate it (not sure about that - just my guess). I'm considering ordering multiple bottles when we get closer to hot weather to avoid too much heat while the product is in transit. Hope this helps.
