Answer:	Yes you can. The formula is ready-to-drink right from the package and tastes like an orange Creamsicle but for picky eaters or just to change things up you can mix it with food. Some parents use yogurt or milk. If you add some bananas or strawberries and blend it all together you have a brain-healthy smoothie. The formula pairs well with most food and we suggest NOT taking it on an empty stomach because it is concentrated. Our founder really likes it with dark chocolate and will take a bite of chocolate, then a drink of the formula. Answer:	I can’t tell you percentages but the capsules list 1600mg of active ingredients and transresveratrol is listed as 800 mg, so that would appear to be 50% of the active ingredient. I have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks now and I believe that I am beginning to feel a difference in energy and joint relief. I just turned 68 and have been uncomfortable with osteoarthritis for a few years now. The pain is not as bad and in the case of my newest painful place, my elbow, it is greatly relieved. Hope this helps.

The FDA-like symbol on the back says that the product has been manuafactured at an FDA registered facility. My understanding is. That the FDA does not regulate herbal supplements and so there is no FDA oversight to the statements about the benefits of the product. The product itself is manufactured in a facility that has been approved of by the FDA based on certain criteria. I have no idea what that criteria may be.

I was born in Amsterdam during the beginning of WWII in 1941. At 2 the Nazis took my family, and I ended up in a state-run orphanage. Answer:	The 1450 is the amount of proprietary blend (vitamin c,etc.) There are actually 605 mg of Resveratrol per TWO pills, so 302.5 per pill. Can't beat the price and quality on these btw. I've searched high and low. Hope that helps answer your question!

Answer:	Unfortunately, the labeling on this and many other "resveratrol" products is deceptive. The large type "1450" on the label is NOT the amount of resveratrol in each capsule. A careful reading of the label indicates that each capsule contains 151 mg of resveratrol. This is 50% of 302 mg per capsule, times 2 capsule = 605 mg in a daily dose of 2 capsules. The rest of the 1450 mg daily dose of 2 capsules consists of various plant extracts with no known beneficial value. So, when you're doing comparison shopping, keep this 151 mg per capsule in mind. That is all you're getting for your money. And as other Answers here imply, the actual potency of the 151 mg of "resveratrol complex" is itself questionable.
