Answer:	There is a 30 day supply of tablets in each bottle. That would be 60 Zyflamend tablets and 90 Bone Strength tablets.

Answer:	My wife takes 5 tablets a day not six as shown on the bottle. Why only 5? Our research of FDA and Consumer Union Report in 2017 indicates that daily calcium intake should be between 1200 (minimum) and 2000 mgs (maximum) a day for women over 50 years old. With her daily multi-vitamin, her consumption of 2 glasses of almond milk a day, and the 5 calcium tablets, her intake is between 1,426 and 1,746 per day. She exceeds the minimum but falls below the maximum. Too much calcium is not good and too little is not good. We recommend that each person should look at their whole daily intake, as opposed to just following the label advice. Everyone is slightly different.

Answer:	The supplement facts do not state that it is required during workouts. You can certainly use this supplement if you are not working out.

Answer:	I believe right away (within first month). The "new hair" that the stylist commented on was consistent with 4-6 months of growth (4-6"), which is consistent with the time period the vitamins were started. I do want to add that she was not taking a multi vitamin before, so I can't say 100% it is these vitamins or just any vitamin would do it.

Answer:	You have to take more tiny tablets to get the same dosage. Slim tabs are easy to swallow, smaller and flatter than regular calcium tabs. I accidentally ordered the tiny tabs once but did not like to have to take more tabs to get the dosage I wanted.
