Answer:	The older version (which I have) had a screen resolution of 1920x1200 (which I absolutely LOVE), however the current version has a resolution of only 1024x768, and putting the two side-by-side, this version looks "granier" and/or less sharp than the older one. :-( [sorry]. I currently have 192GB card in my tablet and it works perfectly there, but I don't know what the maximum size the CURRENT version can use. I really doubt that RCA would have shrunk the capacity of the add-on memory cards, but that's only a guess. That being said, I had a friend at my office who bought one of these for his daughter a couple of years ago, and he told me that he put a 256GB card in it. However, I never asked whether it worked or not, and my advice would be to go the RCA website and see what's in the manual or specs concerning that question.

Answer:	I needed it to copy a DVD from a DVD player that only outputs in HDMI to a DVD recorder that takes S-Video input (not HDMI), and that worked just fine. I don't believe it manipulates the input video content otherwise in the conversion (same aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate etc.)

Answer:	If your TV still has a working S-Video/Y/R/W port on it then technically yes, but realize that your video will be downgraded from its 1080p (or 4k, if you have the new one and a 4k TV) native signal to a 480p Composite signal. The item's title is very confusing because it throws in "Upscaler Support" at the end, but once the signal has passed to S-Video/RCA cables no higher signal can be carried than 480p. Leaving any further video correction up to your TV.

Then I got one from Enbuer for $28.45 that does "convert" the signal, and it works perfectly on everything I tried it on - computer, VCR, DVD. It only works one way, that is from an HDMI OUT to an RCA IN. Your question does not say what kind of device you are trying to hook up to your "car screen" or what kind of "car screen" it is (like part of a DVD player). It is hard to imagine a car screen that does not have HDMI, in which case a straight HDMI cable should be used. If your output device is a laptop or tablet, you should try changing the screen resolution to one of the ones specifically listed in the paper that comes with converter cable. Try to find the screen resolution of the "car screen" and make the computer resolution match that. If you are trying to hook up a device with RCA outputs to the HDMI of the screen, that simply will not work. Return the cable converter, or contact Enbuer to explain your need and see if they have a different product for that.
