Answer:	Yes, I have worn drugstore reading glasses under them. It is a little cumbersome, but small reading glasses work fine. Just tried them over my full sized tri-focals and they fit, but I wouldn't recomend using them with bi or tri focals.

Some MRI providers will offer goggles that are like watching TV. even small body movements can impact the quality of the MRI images so you would not be able to turn pages of a book for example.

To be sure this is a good fit, you can measure and compare the width with another pair you have at home.
