These cleaning pads likely use less water in their isopropyl alcohol / isopropanol formula and a surfactant to aide that streak free claim. Answer:	I would water and rubbing alcohol. I let it sit for five minutes then I would put it in the contact solution. Making sure no lent was on it. Then proceed to grab contact out of my eye. I don’t do that for both eyes just for the first time using it. And then I’d set it back in the case. Once a week I clean the case with water and alcohol. Unless it comes open in my bag or cabinet. These wipes are 100% safe on coated lenses. They are made with fine fibers that won’t scratch your lenses.

Are these wipes alcohol-free?

How are these pads different from alcohol prep pads?

Alcohol prep pads typically use 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water. The water can cause streaking when used for cleaning. These cleaning pads use 99% isopropyl alcohol which are good for cleaning oils, and it quickly evaporates. These pads are also larger cloths intended for larger screens.

Are these wipes anti-static and anti-fog?
