Answer:	As long as you're getting enough protein from various sources, supplementing with any whey protein isolate will help with overall muscle gains as well as soreness. For example: my husband is drinking one shake a day made with this product and he is building lean muscle quickly (like hes nearly ripped after 7 weeks, ridiculously fast!). Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. I however, am drinking a different brand whey protein isolate (because I cant stand the sucrose taste of Dymatize). I am building lean muscle as well, but I am a woman. My body is more susceptible to storing fat. At the end of the day, there are a ton of really good protein options out there, people should enjoy their supplementation which is why taste is so important.

It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. (PM) so it has Htp (increase metabolism) & melatonin (for help in stimulating the chemicals in our brain to rest more peaceful) many do not know, but you can ask any pharmacist or physician too. Melatonin is what our body’s produce naturally; however with a gazillion reasons why, (stress, foods, environment etc) this decrease over time. Adding a melatonin is vital to our brain and other organs that thrive better when hydrated and were rested - so my point: it does take a bit of time (everyone is different) before the melatonin works to the fullest effect. It needs time to “build up” in our system. So keep Using it with the addition to the benefit of our metabolism still working at a resting level. (Example the first time I started taking melatonin a few years ago, it took about a week before I noticed I was definitely resting better. With this product you get the bonus of both as I listed above. And to answer better your question if you need daytime product. That depends on your goal. Answer:	Any cardio is going to impact the way you gain weight. I was using this product and eating clean whole foods while going for a run on off days in between lift days. Within 3 -4 weeks I had went from 176lbs to 185lbs. The key is to lift heavy. Do big sets of small reps. You may also want to try and squeeze two full servings in one day of Serious Mass. At first I could only hold down one but by the end of the cycle I could easily put down two a day.
