Answer:	These aren't hard to install. No need to shut off power. There are two small screws that hold your existing light cover in place. Remove those and the pull the cover off. If you've painted over time there may be a bit of a seal around the outside, you may need to slide your screw driver under the existing cover to sort of pry it loose. Then just place the new one over the light and screw in the two small screws (they provide you new small screws that match the art plate). Super easy and safe! Answer:	I pour a little oil into one of the wells and spread it around the top and bottom of both wells with a paper towel BEFORE heating the unit. I do not add any water at any time, just beat 4 eggs with some seasoning salt and add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar, jack, what ever you like), pour into heated unit, not exceeding fill line. Hope this helps. Also, you can add things like olives, chopped roasted bell peppers, what ever you like after beating in the cheese, just don't overfill the wells!

Answer:	The instructions say 12 minutes. I set a timer for 10 minutes and another one for 12 minutes. I check at 10 minutes and that is usually enough but sometimes I let it go to 12 and it is more "browned". I use egg substitutes but I would imagine that it would be the same for regular eggs. I put chopped ham, onions, and bell peppers in mine and it is the best omelet ever!
