Answer:	I have not yet put these fog lights on my vehicle. The issues is the switch that comes with the kit is oval shape and all the switch locations on my 2020 Toyota Camry are oblong shape. To install with the current switch, the Toyota dealer informed me they would have to cut a new hole in my dash that was oval shape.

Answer:	I'd bet your problem is the washer just under the knurled knob has a square hole in it. It must fit over the square part of the shank that the knurled knob screws onto. It is a tight fit and requires some fiddling to get it to line up. Maybe ask a friend to hold tension down on the washer assembly while you line up the square base of the shank into the square hole in the final washer and screw the knurled knob onto the threaded end of the shank. Be sure you have not lost the thin steel curved washers that give tension to the visor for raising and lowering it while you are wearing it.

Answer:	I suspect that it may NOT be very comfortable wearing the OptiVisor while laying on back for long periods. There is a protruding knob on the back of the strap, to fit the headband, that sticks out about 1/4" (Not very visible from the photo) and two knobs on the sides to adjust the position of lenses. Answer:	I could not find any markings on it, but for that price I doubt it, it does work great.
Question:	What size batteries, and how many, does the light use
Answer:	I'm not certain, mine came with batteries when it arrived in the mail. There is a small plastic cert that needs to be removed in order for the light to work. Unscrew the battery cap and remove that cert before use.
Question:	I may not have read or seen everything, but does anyone know if the LED is removeable? I had this and loved it, but I always need MORE light
Answer:	If you mean is the diode removable from the head, itself, I haven't had any reason to try that. But if you mean removing the whole LED assy. from the fixture - yes, it is.

Answer:	the lens is glass. the problem is the flex light it's hard to lock it into place
