Answer:	Hello, the bottom pad of the seat cushion was designed with non-slip silicone fabric preventing the seat cushion falling off from your seat when you get in and out of the car. In addition, if you want to enhance the stability you can use the fixed buckles. Just pass the fixed buckles through the gap between the seat back and the seat, then adjust the position of the fixed buckles.

Answer:	No, it doesn't come off and there isn't a tag with washing instructions. I think it would have to be spot cleaned. I really like the cushion but wish it did have a washable cover.
