Answer:	There is only one light ...the light on my fountain has already burnt out. I don't think it can be replaced either. The light is one of the reasons I bought the fountain but I'll probably still keep it ..it's still a nice fountain.

Answer:	I do not believe mine have batteries.... They just run until they're not nice and shiny any longer. I ran mine at least 10 hours every night, 7 days/week and then tossed in out. To my mind, NOTHING will ever replace the Grecian Gardens Envirascape. The color reflected on the ceiling and was beautiful to hear and see.

Answer:	Yeah, I think that an 11 year old would love it. I would just make sure that the fountain doesn't stay too close to an electrical outlet, in case she knocks it over. The power cord is pretty long and easily could sit on a desk or a bed table far enough away from an outlet.

Answer:	It's about 8" tall and the bowl is squarish - about 6.25" each side. it does need to be kept clean. i found that a weekly cleaning with peroxide works well. (My cat uses it for beverage)

The claimed power consumption is 250mAh. Assuming 85% power bank efficiency at the fan's rated power draw this should run about 68 hours on that power bank. I have the four inch version, that draws around 170mAh (its instructions claimed the same 250mAh that is claimed with this fan) and seems to be very well balanced with almost no vibration. These also run on a AC to USB converter like you would use to charge a cell phone or power bank.

Question:	Why can't you use it for more than 15 mintues? Is it dangerous? I am confused
Answer:	I don't recall reading that in the instructions, but I have definitely used mine for hours. For me, the heat does become uncomfortable after awhile, and so I prefer to not use that feature. And I have fallen asleep on mine, with no issue. But maybe the product could potentially over heat...? It has a pre-set shut off time, which is never long enough for me, so I restart it over and over again. And maybe after the 5th time, the kneading function will cease working, (vibration continues to work), and then I know it's time to let it cool down. After letting it sit for a period, it works again just fine. So to answer your question... no, I don't think it is dangerous. But if you use it repeatedly, don't use the heat, and immediately shut it off if you hear grinding, or "not-normal" sounds, or smell any burning. You may be demanding too much of it. Having said that, I have pushed mine to that point over and over again for a year and although it is breaking down finally... it actually still works. I'm extremely impressed that it has lasted that long and held up to the abuse I put it through. I have used it to the point where it has created burns, (like a rug burn), on my skin... And that could be the other reason they recommend limiting use to 15 mins. If you stay in the same spot and bear all your weight on it... it will start to create a burn on your skin. Keep in mind, this is NOT how it is supposed to be used. But for me, the relief from muscle spasms is well worth the minor skin irritation, and to get that relief, I have to lay my entire 180 pounds onto it. The fact that I have been able to do that over and over again speaks to the quality of this item. I highly recommend it, and I am buying another one!!

Answer:	Thanks for your question. Shiatsu is an invigorating massage and some people may not find it relaxing enough to use the product before bedtime.

Believe it or not, you can also just do vibration and heat, don't see why but you can do it.We bought it for the neck and back but wind up primarily using it as a foot massage and it works very well. I think this is probably the most versatile small massager I have ever owned and it has some pretty nice power. (tip - for foot massage, always use clean socks!)

Answer:	You take the reservoir off of the stand and turn it upside down to fill and then place it right side op again. It has a screw cap and it holds a gallon of water. I recommend the Total Comfort Demineralization Cartridges too.
Question:	I have a different version of this item (sold at Costco) but the warm air doesn't work. anyone have similar experience
Answer:	We are sorry to hear that the warm mist is not working on your unit, please note that the mist takes about 5 minutes to become warm. The mist cools as it hits the air so the warmth will only be felt close to the unit. Question:	I just bought this unit and I can't tell any difference in the warm mist and the cool mist. Is this defective, or is warm mist a gimmick

Answer:	Simply splash some white vinegar when you fill it up (about 1:10 ratio of vinegar:water), then turn it on full for a while, I usually just forget about it and take care of it at a later time. If there are iron stains from your water just wipe that up regularly. If you want precise directions the machine may have came with some. This is standard cleaning for all humidifiers.
Question:	Can i use this cartridge for a model uhe-wm70 humidifier
Answer:	I bought mine from Amazon. Just type in uhe-oc1 and the humidifier will come up but also the filters. They are little oval blue things. I bought mine last year and had different filters that are round, can't find those so I'm now using the blue ones. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can it be used to replace Sharper Image Ultra Sonic Demineralizer cartridge EVHDDC46CTM
Answer:	It may be misting and you just aren't able to see it. I notice that if it's on the 1 or 2, it can be difficult to see the steam - but it is there. It's much easier to see if you adjust the setting to 3 or 4.
