Question:	It says it’s 400lbs.How do you move it to clean under it
Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

Answer:	The sleeve wraps around the top and back of the shoulder just like it wraps around the top and front of the shoulder as pictured. You can slide the sleeve closer to your neck to cover even more of the top and back of the shoulder if you would like. Answer:	It is about 1/4 inch. Maybe slightly thicker.
Question:	Does it just display the same weight if the new reading is within a small range? (eg. 1lb) I had this problem with another brand, really annoying
Answer:	Nope, that doesn't happen. Scale will reflect even small tenth of a point changes. (What I like about it is that it is extremely precise and does not alter reading if you get on and off within a few seconds. My old digital scale gave me 2-3 different readings within a minute of me getting on the scale or if I moved the scale to a different location in the room.) This is the best scale I ever owned.

Answer:	It takes about 3-5 hours to charge, at least that’s what it was for us. I’m still tracking it to make sure this is correct. And you change C to F in the set mode. Answer:	In normal working display mode (two points flash in the middle of time), press “AL” , button to enter alarm setting mode (If the two points doesn’t flash means you’ve entered.). You can set the alarm clock by pressing the up key or the down key. Similarly, you can also press these two keys to cancel alarm symbol “ ” and snooze symbol “Zz” not displayed on the screen.
