Question:	How can you tighten this, or am I missing apart? I only got the one piece elephant with nothing obvious to tighten it with
Answer:	I do not believe it is intended to do other than sit on the spout. On spouts with a shower lift on top it would be held in place by the knob which would extend up through the hole in the top of the elephant's head. My spout is a large curved one - the elephant cover works now b/c my granddaughter can't quite reach it to pull it off but it prevents any serious bumps on her cute little head.
