Answer:	There is not a counterweight to increase the capacity on the 339 which is the dual reading scale. The counterweight will only work on the pounds only model with a capacity of 400 pounds. If you have an older style 339 with a top capacity of 350 pounds they do have a counterweight to increase the capacity to 450 pounds.

Answer:	If you are strong, you can push yourself on carpets. The hardest part is going from one level of floor to another-hardwood to just a rug even. Or a tall threshold. But if your floors are all carpet that aren't too thick, you won't have a problem.

Answer:	Same problem with first use the foot plate is plastic so any amount of weight, like trying to scoot up , snaps it. I'd like to replace then with stronger metal ones. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Answer:	CEP is a quality product made in Germany. I ordered a size IV because a size III was not available for my size 8.5-9 feet. The CEP sizing chart is based on ankle circumference, not foot size as we normally think about it. For instance, a Mens IV is an ankle circumference of 9.5-10 inches. Size V is 10.5-11.5 inches. III is 8.5-9. I would query CEP in Germany for their recommendation.

Answer:	They are short. I did not initially like these Support Soaks; however, after several months of therapy, I have found them comforting and supportive.
