Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

So you will always see weight displayed as 0.0, 0.2, 0.4 0.6, or 0.8. Personally, I think 3.2 oz is plenty of resolution for this type of device. Does anyone really need their weight measured to 1.6 oz accuracy? What would you do with that information?

Helpful tips

- For best accuracy, please lay the iDOO digital bathroom scale on a flat, hard surface, and stand on the central area. Avoid carpet or soft surfaces.

- To avoid inaccurate weight results, please re-calibrate the scale after physically moving or shifting it or when replacing the batteries.

- To calibrate, step on the scale, waiting for the display to turn on, then stepping off. Wait until the scale automatically drops to 0.0kg/0.0lb to step back on the scale to weigh with accurate results.

- During weighing, the indication will be flashing on the display, wait till the indications stop flashing.

Answer:	I’ve ever had that problem, but I’d change out the battery.
Question:	What type of screwdriver do you need to replace the battery
Answer:	A sharp pointed tip worked for me but best refer to the manufacturer to make sure you are removing the battery most safely.
Question:	Do you have to bend down to get each reading
Answer:	I have to look down, but not actually bend down to get the reading. It might be the light that is causing your problem - try moving it into a different spot.
Question:	I can not figure out how to see the results after you get off. It goes so fast when it shows that I can not write it all down or remember it all
Answer:	I couldn't figure it out either. Also I never weighed the same, ever. I would weigh myself 3,4,times in a row and my weight was different every time. I returned it. Went back to my old timey scale I could read and rely on.
