As you can see in our product video, you slip Straplets under your shoe's heel, and it is the heel that holds Straplets in place. I suppose it could work on a flat shoe as long as it wasn't a wedge or platform, with a super thick sole. It needs something to sort of hold it in place and that's what the heel does.

Answer:	All I know is the wife is a U.S. Woman's size 9 and the mediums fit her shoes perfect. So I'm a 10 and figure the large ought to do me just fine.

Answer:	I wear 7.5 and 8; I generally wear kind of outdoorsy/kind of hiking shoes. I got a Medium pair. They are pretty tight. I can't imagine trying to get them on a size 10 like the chart shows...maybe with sleek street shoes, but even then I think 9 would be pushing it.
