Question:	Is this a pair
Answer:	No. Just one comes in each package. If you have plantar fasciitis in both feet I would recommend getting one and seeing how you like it before purchasing 2. Wearing these on both feet can be a little bulky, but not terrible if they work for you.

Answer:	Definitely a gradual result and different for everyone. No way it worked overnight but I have been wearing it faithfully for about 2 months and the horrible heel pain is pretty much all gone. Noticed improvement within 1 month though.

Answer:	It should...I'm a US 11 and it fits fine, it has soft adjustable straps for both around the foot and the upper ankle.

Step 1

Loosen fasteners on calf and foot straps. Slide foot through calf strap so support rests on top of foot.

Step 2

Adjust position of support so calf strap is approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone. Adjust calf strap from both sides to provide a firm, yet comfortable fit.

Step 3

Center wide portion of foot strap under ball of foot. Attach fastener on wider end of foot strap to top of support. Pull toes up, wrap remaining strap around foot and attach fastener.

• Apply the support when seated with knee slightly bent. Apply the support just before bed so that you don’t have walk around with it on.
• Try wearing the support without a sock to get a more secure fit.
• Position the foot strap on the ball of the foot in a crisscross or diagonal position to the foot, closer to the arch.
• Make sure the widest portion of the foot strap is positioned on the underside of the foot and on the ball of the foot.

Should I walk while wearing the FUTURO Night Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support?

This product is not intended to be load bearing e.g. to be worn while standing or walking; the intent is to rest. If you need to get up to walk at night, we recommend taking the support off beforehand.

The hook no longer seems to work or secure to the fabric strap?

String, lint and other materials get trapped on the hook and loop surfaces, clogging them up so they don’t mesh together. Start by picking out any pieces you see stuck to the material. Then you can gently clean the loop side with something soft but firm, like a toothbrush. You could add warm water and a mild detergent to the toothbrush head and scrub the hook side as well.

An extra small is for someone who is 45-65lbs, and height is about 3'9"-4'3". A small fits someone who weighs about 65-90lbs and height is about 4'3"-4'8". Answer:	Works best for me to wear a light shoe. Put your sore foot on StepStretch and rock back as far as you can go, then back and forth -- while your opposite foot is elevated on your toes. Rock for 30 seconds; rest your foot for 5 seconds; repeat twice more-- rocking foot three times. This exercise really helped me, curing my plantar fasciitis.

Answer:	This is double, meaning it's one solid unit and its used with two feet at the same time. My mother loves the unit, lower back and leg stiffness
