Answer:	I have a size 11 men USA. I ordered the large, and I think it is just a little bit too big. However, it still gets the job done with stabilizing my ankle, but I would have liked to have tried the medium to see if it was more of a snug fit.

It seems to work well for me. I wear it with all of my workouts just as a precaution. This stabilizer has been the best workout buddy for me since I rolled my ankle twice on the elliptical. It was recommended by a friend with a similar problem, I purchased it right away, and I couldn't be happier!

Answer:	I wear a ladies size 8 and have wide feet. I measured 12 1/4" ankle circumference. I got a size small and am glad i did. Fits good with room to spare even for very thick socks. I usually size up when I am in between sizes or not sure, but with this item size down.

Answer:	Yes, very easily. Even with strapping it fits into a shoe. The only exception is if the shoe is very snug before brace then it would be a really tight fit. I wear my own in tennis shoes with no issue.

Answer:	Yes, it provides the support and confidence to play active sports with weakened ankles from injury. This is the support of choice of some advanced volleyball atheletes, that play to an Olympic standard. Fitting the support is key! Too tight it too loose will cause problems, the Velcro straps allow you to make it support and fit.

Answer:	I think so as it reduces the lateral flexibility of the joint. It would depend on the complexity or your injury and if it was chronic or not. Ask your Physical Therapist or orthopedic specialist.

Answer:	This is Rick from Ultra Ankle. All our ankle braces have a hinge, so they allow full up and down ankle range of motion. With this hinge feature our braces will not limit your drop foot condition. However, the Ultra Zoom does provide great side to side stability which some drop foot patients have found to be beneficial when walking. Ordering the Correct Size

Use the size chart to see where to measure around your ankle. Do not go by your shoe size.

The Ultra Zoom runs big. When in doubt, order the smaller size.

Ankle circumference is less than 14 inches

Putting on the Ultra Zoom

Step 1 – Tighten the top strap. If the top strap isn't long enough, X-Long Straps are available for purchase from Ultra Ankle.

Step 2 – Secure the bottom straps, making sure both ends adhere to the pad and do not overlap each other. Depending on your foot size, you can use either the top or bottom slots.

Fitting in Your Shoe

You must significantly loosen your laces down to the bottom of the tongue before putting your shoe on the first time.

In most cases if you loosen your laces and are still having trouble, the athletic trainers at Ultra Ankle are able to resolve most fitting issues.

The brace will work with your shoe to provide support. Do not judge the fit, feel, or support of the brace without having your shoe on first.

Break-In Period

Like a new pair of shoes, The Ultra Zoom may require a 2-3 hour break-in period to achieve maximum comfort.

On the white tab inside the upper strap, mark your braces RIGHT and LEFT with a permanent marker. As you break them in they will become foot specific.

Answer:	I have this brace & a similar one from Bragg. Both are similar & equally effective. Bragg has a clever Velcro lace system. Very comfortable to wear & does not affect shoe fit. Can’t speak to injury avoidance but wonderful for injured ankle.

Answer:	Yes- ankle size. My daughter wears a size 9 shoe & we bought small ankle braces.

Answer:	I have not had an issue with shoe size. However, you will need additional room in the shoe for it to fit. I find the difference is taken up when tying the shoe. I wear a size 12 so there may be more wiggle room then in a smaller shoe size. I use the brace when I play softball and it provides good support in my Mid-Cut Softball Cleat.

Answer:	Don't know about size chart. I have size 10-10.5 feet and the medium speed lace is a little small. However the medium regular lace up is perfect. I also find the Velcro on the speed lace leaves a bump where it attaches. I will go back to the manual lace up version which works well for me.
