Answer:	All compression stockings have open toes to be able to check the toes for good circulation. If there's too much compression, the blood circulation to the toes could be restricted.

Answer:	The size chart is the third photo in the description. FWIW, I am a women's 9 to 9.5 (with a thin foot but a high arch), and I sustained a mid-foot injury where wrapping was recommended by podiatrist. I measured my foot and was right on the line between M and L, so I bought a pair of the M (figuring I needed them to be tight). I figured right and these have been a lot of help and they fit in most shoes, unlike wrapping, even with "vet tape". However, perhaps due to my high arches, I cannot sleep in them but must take off at the end of the day even for comfortable relaxing in the recliner.Therefore, measure your foot and if near the limits for a size, (1) if you need compression, size down, but (2) if you need to sleep in them, size up. BTW, I chose this brand because the cuff appeared loosest of the the brands on Amazon -- Did not want to constrict my ankles. They are not LOOSE of course, but I have sport socks that make a deeper indent. If you are diabetic or have circulatory disorder, you should probably seek advice from your physician.

Answer:	These insoles are slightly firmer and they hold their form as opposed to being more noodle like. These insole also have a break in period of about 30 minutes to an hour of walking or light running. They will form to your foot.

Answer:	If you mean, as in, everyday...ALL day - that would be pushing the limits of it's comfort. If you mean everyday for a few hours of practice or workout - absolutely. It's the best brace out there for hip / medial thigh support.

Answer:	my shoe size is mens 11 and I don't usually use this with shoes, only with socks. still works great and is the perfect stretch for my calves.If you don't mind your toes hanging off the end, I would think 12+ would still work fine, the way it is designed, you're still going to get a good stretch regardless if the front of your foot is completely "on" the rocker.
