Answer:	it is long enough to hold an ice pack underneath, but not sure it would hold it to walk around. they are quite sturdy and have some stretch to them. would recommend, love the Velcro. do you want an ice pack directly on your skin, you could do one wrap, ice pack and another wrap

Question:	Does the end really have to line up with one of the 4 Velcro patches to attach/close? or does the end velcro attach to any part of the entire wrap? TY
Answer:	I don't think it's designed to be "stuck and unstuck"; it's inexpensive enough (less than $1 a roll) that you can just replace each piece with a new one after use. (Also, each roll is 5 yards long, so I'm finding I get a lot of uses out of each one.) If you're using it near a joint like the elbow, the edges tend to roll a bit and stick to themselves, making it difficult to remove cleanly and reuse. Also, it stretches when you apply it to get a good, snug fit; so if you try to remove and reapply it, I think it would be too stretched out to get a good fit and could come loose. But bear in mind I haven't actually attempted to stick and re-stick the wrap...so hopefully someone who has done so will reply to your question.
Question:	Why would you direct people to wrap away from heart? Compression should start below knee and wrap UP towards heart
Answer:	Unfortunately, the length varies - Anywhere from 8.5" to 9". I've ordered a set of 2 twice and received one of each length on each order. They are excellent wrist supports. I have thick wrists (about 8" around) and have been able to use both lengths.

Answer:	I don't believe so, it fit my 5-2 110 pound wife nicely though. I'm approximately your size, a little taller and same weight and I got the "Large/X-large" size and it fits nice.

Answer:	My wrist measures at exactly 7 inches, so I had ordered the SM/MD since the packaging says it is sized for 5-8 inches. It barely fits my 7 inch wrist. There is NO way this will fit an 8 inch wrist. For larger than 7 inches, take my advice and order the LARGE
