Answer:	Our Yeti cooked waffles very evenly. We followed the instructions, setting the temp to 400 degrees for 3 minutes. They were perfect. Really have enjoyed this advanced step from our George Forman grill.

Answer:	It depends on how much batter you put on it and which type of batter you use but it does cover the entire waffle iron plate, 6 “ or so

Answer:	I'm not a 100% sure, but PFOA is used to make no stick coating surfaces and it does say there is a nonstick coating. The majority is burned off in the process and it is not present in significant amounts in the final products.

Answer:	No , 110v , plugs into wall outlets , same as coffee makers , toasters, lamps .....
Question:	i see alot of the reviews discuss the plastic casing breaking does that effect the operation of the unit, or you can still use it
Answer:	Mine broke after light use (2-3 batches of waffles a year)- the first time (after 3 years) I was able to epoxy the pedestal, the next time unit was not repairable. There is a plastic piece that holds the metal axle which broke. I had the double waffle maker -- the single would probably last a lot longer. The double iron is very heavy -- too heavy for the plastic pedestal and internal parts.

Question:	What surface does it have on the inside, cast iron, steel, chemical non stick surface? Thanks
Answer:	Its nonstick on the inside. I have NEVER had to oil/grease it before using and waffles come right out. I would however mention that i use a for to "hook" the corner of the waffle and give it a giggle before it will come out as it is in there snug but it does not stick at all. we have used this since xmas at least 3x a week works great.

Answer:	All All-clad electric appliances are manufactured in China. Country of manufacture is marked right on the machine, as required.
Question:	I make my own sour dough waffle batter -- will this waffle maker work
Answer:	I've only tried making batter from scratch once, but the waffle maker worked perfectly. Since its my understanding that the starter in a sourdough waffle is essentially a flavoring agent I can't see any reason why your batter should act any differently than other mixtures. People who try different recipes, or occasionally use a mix and at other times make their own batter might have to adjust the doneness setting depending on whether the batter is thick or thin, but if you use the same recipe consistently the waffle maker should give consistent results once you find the desired setting.
Question:	If any of you had to do it over again would you still buy this one, or opt for the 4 square
Answer:	It all depends on the number of simultaneous waffles you need to make. It makes a set of waffles every 3 mins or so and that is the only reason I would get the four is to increase production rate the two has always been enough for us. The 2 is also much smaller to store as well :-). If I had to buy again I would get the 2 again.

Answer:	Depends on how much matter you put in but not super thick like Belgian...has channels on side to collect any over flow which is good because I usually make a mess.

Answer:	According to the instructions, the "Green" light will only turn on when the unit is "Ready" - meaning, hot enough to begin cooking. The Red light is only to indicate that the power is on. No beeps or buttons. The green light will come on only when it needs to heat the unit to the predetermined temperature. It has nothing to do with "if" or "when" your waffle is done. Some people enjoy "crispy" waffles. That will take about 5 minutes - from the time the green light turns on. If the green light turns off and the time is less than 5 minutes, then your waffle won't be as crispy as you may want.
