Answer:	as long as there are no kinks to restrict the flow I don't see why not

I didn't get to look into it right then and there, so the only option I found was calling Amazon's customer support line the next day and they informed me this item only has a 30 day return policy. The Amazon rep was kind enough to send me a return label, and once I ship the broken hose back they'll refund the full amount. It looks like trying to chase down the seller is a waste of time, so hopefully Amazon can help you out. Definitely not buying another one of these... sure they look nice but the poor quality defeats the purpose!
