Answer:	You could fit small coffee cups. Mine measures 3 13/16" from the edge between shelves. I use the lipper bamboo dish rack to store mugs on though, if that helps.

Plan to allow a total height from the floor of the cabinet shelf you're planning to put this on to the next shelf of at least 14". I tried using this for plates and bowls for a few days but soon stopped for several reasons (a) I'm 5'4" and put this on a bottom cabinet shelf -- allowing room for it resulted in me not being able to reach anything except the bottom shelf; (b) it takes up a lot of room on the shelf and is meant for corner use the way it's designed -- too bulky for my needs; and (c) while the diagonal distance (measured across the top shelf from corner to corner) is 14", my dinner plates did not fit on the shelves. Question:	Can you use this on a vinyl above ground pool
Answer:	I used it on tile on a plaster pool and it worked great. The product attacks calcium buildup, I would try a small area about 3' or less and see how it works. It is not abrasive, just goes after the calcium buildup. Depending on how bad the buildup is, you may have to use 2-3 applications with some type of tool like a wire brush or a scouring pad. If you are removing calcium buildup on fiberglass, I would be most careful what tool you use. Maybe try an abrasive pad first or try a small brass wire brush. Key is to test on a small area at first. I would not worry much about the product damaging your pool, just the tool that you use to help remove the residue.

Answer:	I just looked at my bottle and saw a lot number with a date below the lot number I believe the date is the date the product was bottled

Answer:	yes. I have glass little tiles. Seems to work fine with no damage. Make sure not use a wire brush.

Answer:	It’s easier for me to clean some areas while I’m in the pool so Yes..it won’t change your pool PH significantly and I would recommend wearing some eye protection just to be safe. For small cleanups I’ll just splash with pool water to rinse. For bigger cleans I’ll drag a hose into the pool and use a hose to rinse.

Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. Answer:	Thank you for your question. While Guardian is safe on many surfaces it is not recommended for porous surfaces like masonry, concrete, brick, cement tiles, etc that are not sealed. Unfortunately, we do not currently have data available regarding application on a surface such as old mosaic tiles and would not be able to recommend it. If you should choose to try the Guardian product in this situation, it is recommended to apply it in a small inconspicuous area first to determine results before applying to a wider area.
Question:	Can this be used as biofilter media in aquariums
Answer:	A pumice stone can be used after applying Guardian, but Guardian is designed so it's not necessary if you’d like to save the effort. Guardian bonds with the scale and causes it to gently "let go" of the surface where a pumice stone “grinds” scale off with mechanical force. With heavy build up, using a pumice stone can provide deeper penetration of the solution. When using a pumice stone in combination with Guardian Pool & Tile Cleaner, the solution must be given time to react. To achieve maximum benefit of reaction, use a pumice stone just prior to next application. The pumice stone should be used only with light effort. General FYI: Areas treated with Guardian will turn brighter & whiter indicating reaction, and loosened scale particles will slough off over time. Question:	Used it on our slider door, but now can't get rid of the fogginess. Anyone else have this problem
Answer:	I have not. Try using plenty of water and soft rag too wash off residual and than use a microfiber glass cloth to dry. Just a thought. .... wish you luck!
Question:	do you get two bottles or just one? the picture shows x2 but i only receives one
Answer:	I also only received one, however after contacting them due to it stating this is suppose to be 2....they did ship me the other one.

Answer:	i do not know. the website nor the bottle has the ingredients broken down in layman's term unless you know what LAS complex is. bioclean also has surfactant and silica flour which i believe has little to do with the cleaning power. the bottle does say it is non-toxic; eco friendly and biodegradable. it is manufactured in California and has no cancer warning labels on it.
Question:	Will this product remove yellow stains from my shower due to well water
Answer:	Do NOT add any water to the product OR on the surface that you are cleaning. Use straight from the bottle and apply directly to the surface needing to be cleaned. Use a clean dry cloth to remove the product AFTER you have used the included brushes or brushes of your own. Then, wash or rise with water. You will be amazed! I have done my kitchen sink hard water stains, 3-toilets, 15+ windows and all have come out super clean and beautiful. Like I mentioned before, I used only my finger tip to clean the first window and the product worked perfectly. The drill shafts are quick release and are short.
