Answer:	Hello Julia- The Pine Sol (as you stated) etched your marble because it is acidic. Our Phosphoric Acid Cleaner is an acidic based cleaner that will only etch your marble further. You will need some type of restoration process to correct the etching you have on your marble. Our Mira Hone might be able to assist you in restoring the marble, but any honing/polishing powder will only be as effective as the condition the stone is in. Answer:	I would use Muratic acid for your local home store. Cheaper and faster. Wear gloves though.
Question:	How would this do for small debris that collects on tile/hardwood
Answer:	They never delivered the product which was ordered in March. I have been trying since April to even get them to respond to me. I also really want the product so have not requested a refund but twice requested information about the shipment. Because it is dangerous goods it travels by ground and there was no tracking information. If after the third attempt to reach them fails I will request a refund. I cannot recommend the product as I never received it but I can say I do not recommend the supplier.

Answer:	I use it on my Berber carpet in hall, dining and living room and have not had any problems. The tines of the brush are not so rigid. They do seems to 'fluff' the carpet a bit but not damage it. I use the rake almost every day but am not rough with it.
Question:	Is this rake safe to use on shag carpets? If so, does it get pet hair out of shag carpets too
Answer:	I have not used it on Shag carpets, just industrial type, and very low pile, but considering the size of the teeth, and how close they are, I can't imagine it would work on Shag carpet well at all... Essentially, it has the teeth of a metal pet brush. to get into shag carpet, you would need much thicker, and wider spaced teeth.
Question:	Does this work for long hair (e.g. human, not pet
Answer:	Yes, yes it definitely does! Very long hair would wind around the vacuum roller and would be very difficult to remove. Using the rug rake instead works great. Very happy with this product.

Answer:	I never have to worry about the specific dimension anymore because I bought 3 adapters (all the same kind) that I keep with my vacuums bc I've found that not all attachments fit all vacuums. With the flexible rubber-like material of the adapters, I'm able to use 95% of the attachments I use (for those pesky odd attachments, I use duct tape to close the gap). I've also bought the same adapter for my power tools and can now use them with my wet/dry vac to catch the dust as I work.

Answer:	I'm not sure- I bought it to use in my car because the interior is a a mesh like material, it works alright for that, not as well as I had hoped. Clothing is different material all together and it may work better for that.

The reason been outdoor tasks often are a lot more stressful on a brooms bristles with rocks and concrete wearing them down quicker. Answer:	Hi...I mainly use the broom to sweep cat hair up on hard wood floor, especially under the bed ...which it does perfectly. If there is litter or other particles on the floor, it gathers it together, but doesn't actually pick it u, per se. You still will need to sweep it in a dust pan. It catches some small particle in the rubber bristles, but best to use it to gather all the litter together and then sweep it in a dust pan.
